Deliveries and Returns

For Mainland Portugal and the Archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira, the delivery service is charged based on the product category, size, and type of delivery chosen, while other cases are subject to a quotation.

When placing your order, the system automatically displays the total shipping cost to be paid.

Isoplak reserves the right to refuse to provide delivery services for orders consisting of products that are difficult to handle, cannot be palletized, or whose very small/large quantities compromise the delivery of the products in good condition.

The delivery service is subject to the availability of vehicles and products, and partial fulfillment of orders may occur.

Regardless of the order value, manual unloading delivery service is charged based on previously quoted prices communicated to the customer.

B2C customer orders will be delivered to a Delivery Point selected by the customer or another location agreed with Isoplak.

Isoplak is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, such as breakdowns, strikes, holiday seasons, etc.

Outside Portuguese territory, delivery conditions will be negotiated and established in writing in the Specific Sales Conditions.

When transportation is carried out by the customer or by a third party contracted by them, the products are the customer’s responsibility after leaving Isoplak’s premises.

Isoplak reserves the right to change delivery conditions in duly justified cases.
